A project is one resume + portfolio bundle for a single audience or role. It has its own project profile, themes, visibility, links, analytics, and history. Your first project is usually the default; on paid plans you can add more for separate angles or brands.
Your default project is the main resume + portfolio bundle attached to your public profile. It is the one visitors see when they open your profile-level links. The biggest advantage is a cleaner, shorter URL. Instead of sharing a project-specific path with an extra project segment, your default project can use simple links like /u/yourname for the portfolio and /u/yourname/resume for the resume. Extra projects still keep their own longer URLs so each audience-specific version stays separate. Use your default project for the version you want to put in bios, applications, email signatures, and LinkedIn. You can change the default from the dashboard project menu.
Your base profile is account-wide: the reusable details you save during profile setup or Settings. It acts as the starting profile you can copy into new projects.
A project profile is the resume and portfolio content that belongs to one project only. It can start from your base profile, but editing it changes that project’s public story, not your other projects.
No. Changes you make inside a project stay in that project unless you explicitly choose to update your base profile from it.
Not automatically. Projects you have already customized keep their own content and designs. New projects can still start from the updated base profile if you choose that source.
A link is the URL you give someone so they can open your portfolio or resume in the browser. Anyone with the link can visit that address (subject to your visibility settings on paid plans). You copy links from Share on a project card in the dashboard, or open Share while you are in your resume or portfolio. When you're ready to be discoverable, you paste that URL into applications, email, bios, or messages—same idea as sharing any public webpage.
Yes. Each surface has its own URL: one path opens your resume, another opens your portfolio. In Share you can switch between them and copy the one you need. Every project has its own pair of links, so visitors always land on that project's content. Your default project can use shorter paths; extra projects include the project in the address so each bundle stays separate.
On Pro and Premium, open Share and set visibility per surface: password (only people who know the password) or invite only (only email addresses you allow). That applies separately to resume and portfolio if you configure them that way. On Free, sharing is built around public access with time-limited share links—better for quick, temporary outreach than locking down to a named list. Upgrade for password or invite-only control: .
Pro and Premium give you stable links: the same addresses over time, so you don't need to resend a new URL on a daily cadence. On Free, share access is meant for short-term use—links roll forward and you'll see a timer so you know when to copy a fresh link from Share before visitors lose access. For a permanent public presence, move to a paid plan (see ).
That exact URL stops working for visitors—they can't open your resume or portfolio with the old link anymore. Open Share again and copy the current link to give them a working address.
On Premium, your public portfolio can include an AI chatbot for visitors. They open it on your page and chat in plain language—like messaging you, but automated.
Dashboard: project menu (⋯) → View links. In the dialog, open the Portfolio tab, then Visitor experience → Chatbot enabled. Or open Share from your public portfolio while signed in. Premium can change the toggle; Free and Pro see the same row with an upgrade note.

It is built to reply from your profile—the content you've published on that portfolio—so answers stay tied to what visitors actually see. They get responses even when you're offline. On supported themes, replies can highlight matching skills on the page.

Voice AI is a realtime voice assistant inside the customizer. Instead of typing, you talk to it — it asks focused questions, fills in your profile, and builds and edits your resume and portfolio live while you watch the page update.
Anything you can do by typing in the AI customizer: add or edit experience, projects, skills, and summaries; rewrite and polish wording; change layout, colors, and design; and answer questions about your current profile (“what’s my headline?”). It works on both your resume and your portfolio, and you can switch between them mid-conversation. It only acts on your real, saved data — it never invents details.
Voice AI is billed from your balance at 1 Prezen per 30 seconds — 1 Prezen when a session starts, then 1 more at each 30-second mark while you keep talking. Partial blocks round up, and unused seconds aren’t refunded. A live timer shows how much you have left.
Yes. Because Voice AI simply spends Prezens, it works on every plan — including Free. Free includes 7 Prezens to start (about 3.5 minutes of voice), granted once at signup; Pro and Premium include more each billing period. When you run out of Prezens the session ends gracefully, and you can top up to continue.
Open any resume or portfolio project in the customizer. On desktop, tap the microphone button in the chat bar; on mobile, tap the circular mic button above the tab bar. Tap again to stop. You stay on the preview the whole time and can mute or interrupt whenever you like — no keyboard needed.
Prezens are Prezumi's name for the tokens that meter AI usage across the product. They are drawn from a single balance shown in Settings and in the editors when you use AI features—there isn't a separate wallet per tool. You get them with your plan—paid plans add more each billing period—and can also top up anytime with one-time packs that never expire. Typical spend (one successful run or message unless noted): Text optimize — 1 Prezen per run Resume / portfolio — Customize with AI — 1 Prezen per 500 characters you send (minimum 1). A 4,000-character prompt costs 8 Prezens. Messages longer than 500 characters show a confirmation before we charge extra. On Free, you get 7 Prezens once when you sign up—they don't refresh each month. To get more, upgrade to a paid plan or buy a one-time Prezen pack. On Pro and Premium, you receive 25 and 50 Prezens per billing period respectively, added when your subscription renews. Plan details: .
Yes. Alongside plans, you can buy one-time Prezen packs from the Pricing page's "Pay as you go" tab. They're a single payment with no subscription, never expire, and work on every plan—including Free. Purchased Prezens are added to your balance and stay there until you use them, and bigger packs cost less per Prezen. Manual edits, previews, and PDF downloads still never cost Prezens.
Yes. Open Settings → Profile and expand "Usage history" under your Prezen balance. It lists every action that spent Prezens — the date, what it was (ATS check, CV import, customizing with AI, voice, chatbot, and more), how much it cost, and your balance afterwards. Refunds (when an AI action fails) and your plan renewals show in the same list, so your balance always adds up.
Yes. In the AI editor chat you can attach an image or a document (PDF or Word) with the paper-clip button, by dragging it into the chat, or by pasting its public link. Images are added to your résumé or portfolio — a photo, a company logo, a project picture — and documents are read so the assistant can use what's inside. Each file you send adds 1 to that message's cost, so a normal message with one file shows as 1 + 1 above the chat box before you send.
Yes. The Free plan is a full resume and portfolio maker: unlimited edits to your resume and portfolio, free AI credits (Prezens) for the AI editor, and free PDF downloads — no hidden paywall. Paid plans add more projects, permanent share links, a bigger Prezens allowance, and premium features like the portfolio chatbot. PDF downloads stay free on every plan.

Deleting your account permanently removes access to your Prezumi workspace, projects, share links, and saved profile data. Before deletion, we show a confirmation warning so you can review the impact. To prevent abuse of free allowances, the same email address cannot be used to create a new account for 30 days after deletion. Once that cooldown expires, signup is allowed again and the deleted-account cooldown entry is cleared.
Only people who have a working link to your pages can open them—they are not listed in a public directory. For each project you can set visibility separately for the resume and the portfolio: open to anyone with the link, or password-protected so visitors need a password you set.
