What are Prezens and how many do I get?

Prezens are Prezumi's AI credits: every AI action — text optimization, full customization, voice edits, chatbot replies — spends a listed amount, shown before you send. Free includes 7 Prezens to get started, granted once when you sign up; Pro carries 25 and Premium 50 per billing period. You can also buy one-time Prezen packs anytime — no subscription, and they never expire. Manual edits, previews, and PDF downloads never cost Prezens.

What do I get without paying?

Enough to get a real result for free: one resume + portfolio project with a choice of 4 designs, CV upload to build your profile, unlimited manual edits, a free PDF download with no hidden paywall, a temporary public share link, and 7 Prezens to get started with AI changes.

What actually changes when I upgrade?

Capacity and permanence. Pro moves you to 5 projects, permanent share links, and 25 Prezens per billing period. Premium raises that to 20 projects and 50 Prezens, and adds the AI chatbot on your portfolio plus priority support.

Can I cancel, and what happens then?

You can cancel or downgrade anytime from Settings. Paid features stay active until the end of the billing period, then the account reverts to Free — your pages and profile stay. EU, EEA, and UK consumers also have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right; the details live in the refund policy.

Can I buy Prezens without subscribing?

Yes. On the Pay as you go tab you can buy one-time Prezen packs — no subscription needed. Packs are a single payment, never expire, and work on every plan including Free; the Prezens go straight into your balance. Bigger packs cost less per Prezen, and you can still top up while on a plan.
