What is Prezumi, and how does it work?

Prezumi is an AI-assisted platform for building and publishing resumes and portfolios from one profile. You add your experience, education, and projects; we help you shape layout, wording, and styling through templates and tools like Customize with AI (powered by Prezens). You share a link when you're ready—recruiters and clients open your pages in the browser without downloading an app.

Will my Prezumi resume be ATS-friendly?

Our resume templates are built for clear structure and readable text, which is what most applicant tracking systems expect. No tool can guarantee a perfect result at every employer, so always review the final PDF or export you submit.

Can employers tell my resume was written with AI?

Prezumi helps you draft and refine copy from information you provide. The output should still reflect your real roles, metrics, and voice. Whether a reader or automated checker flags something as "AI-like" depends on many factors outside our control. For the most natural result, edit lines so they sound like you, add specifics only you know, and avoid generic filler—same advice you'd use for any resume.

Do you offer discounts or packages for students?

We don't always list a dedicated student plan on Pricing. If you're a student, club, or school and want to ask about current offers or volume access, email support@prezumi.com with a short note—we'll tell you what's available.

How is Prezumi different from other AI resume builders?

Prezumi pairs resumes with portfolios in one workflow, uses projects so you can aim different versions at different roles, and meters AI through transparent Prezens instead of hiding limits. Paid plans add stable share links, more projects, analytics, and (on Premium) a visitor-facing portfolio chatbot. Explore the full list under Features and compare plans on Pricing.

Is my data safe with Prezumi?

We treat your profile and projects as yours: you control visibility and passwords per project where supported. We describe how we collect, use, and retain data in our Privacy Policy. For who can open your public pages, see the FAQ section on privacy & security.

Who is Prezumi for?

Job seekers polishing one or many applications, freelancers and consultants who need a portfolio plus a resume, students and career switchers building a first serious online presence, and anyone who wants shareable links without living in a separate design tool.

Can I create multiple versions of my resume and portfolio for separate jobs?

Yes. Each project is its own bundle of resume + portfolio content, links, and settings—ideal for different employers or roles. Your first project is usually your default; paid plans add more projects when you need parallel versions. See the FAQ under Projects & profiles for detail.

What features does Prezumi offer?

Highlights include AI-assisted customization (Prezens), many resume and portfolio templates, shareable links with optional password protection, multi-project workspaces, and (on Premium) the portfolio chatbot. Browse AI editor, shareable links, and the rest from the site nav or your dashboard.

How can a Prezumi resume help me stand out from other AI-generated resumes?

Standing out is less about which tool you used and more about specific proof: outcomes, scope, tools, and numbers tied to your work. Prezumi helps you ship a matching portfolio alongside your resume so employers see evidence, not only bullet points. Distinctive templates, tight editing, and (where you enable it) a portfolio chatbot can further differentiate you—provided the underlying story is genuinely yours.

Why choose a Prezumi subscription when other platforms exist?

Many tools stop at a PDF or a single page. Prezumi is built around live, shareable resume and portfolio pages, multiple projects for different targets, and a clear AI budget (Prezens) so you know what you're using. If those fit how you apply and present yourself, a subscription supports ongoing updates, stable links on paid tiers, and product improvements. You can start on Free and upgrade when you need more—see Pricing for what each plan includes.

Who is behind Prezumi?

Zubair Baqai is an AI engineer and the founder of Prezumi. His field is applied machine learning: language models, computer vision, and the engineering that turns them into products people can use. He holds a master's in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics from Sapienza University of Rome.

Prezumi began as research. Zubair wanted to understand what it takes to get an interview at companies like Google, Meta, Microsoft and Amazon, so he studied how large employers screen applications and what their recruiters say they look for. The same few things kept deciding who got a call: a resume that screening software can read cleanly, experience written as results, and a version tailored to each role.

Most of that is tedious to do by hand and well suited to software. He founded Prezumi in January 2025 to do it for people. You build one profile, and the AI helps you turn it into resumes and portfolios for each role, in templates tested for ATS readability.

He writes Prezumi's guides on resume writing, ATS screening and how CV conventions differ between countries. LinkedIn
